Preschool Teacher Assistant

Job Description:
Education Explorers is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Preschool Teacher Assistant to support our bilingual preschool programs. The ideal candidate will assist in fostering a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children, helping to implement a bilingual curriculum in both Spanish and English. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about early childhood education and can contribute to our inclusive and culturally responsive classrooms.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. 
- Proficient computer skills for utilizing digital tools such as the Kaymbu platform for classroom documentation and communication. 
- Self-motivated with a high energy and positive demeanor. 
- Fluent in both Spanish and English. 
- Step 5 or higher in the Oregon Registry Online (ORO) system. 
- Pass a background check. 
- Preference given to candidates who are pursuing or holding an early childhood education degree, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is passionate about this field.
