Preschool for All (PFA)

We are proud to offer no-cost, full-day preschool slots funded by Multnomah County's Preschool for All (PFA) initiative. This program provides high-quality, culturally responsive early childhood education to eligible families residing in Multnomah County.

What We Offer

12 No-Cost Preschool Slots
Funded by Multnomah County's Preschool for All initiative.

  • Culturally Specific Curriculum
    African and African American cultural integration with a focus on language and identity development.

  • HighScope Learning Approach
    A hands-on, child-centered curriculum that promotes problem-solving, independence, and school readiness.

  • Sensory-Friendly Classrooms
    Designed for emotional regulation and inclusive learning.

  • USDA-Approved Meals
    Breakfast, lunch, and snacks served daily.

  • Parent Engagement Opportunities
    Monthly workshops, conferences, and support for at-home learning.

  • Transportation Assistance
    Available within a 1–3 mile radius.

Who Is Eligible?

  • Residency: Multnomah County

  • Age: 3 or 4 years old by Sept. 1, 2024

There are no income requirements. Priority is given to children who:

  • Are Black, African, African American, Latino/a/x, Indigenous, or from other communities of color

  • Speak a home language other than English

  • Have disabilities or developmental delays

  • Are in or at risk of foster care

  • Are experiencing homelessness

  • Come from families with low incomes
