The tuition rates are the same for all ages unless specified. Tuition covers up to 10 hours of care on your contracted days. Additional hours or days are available for an additional cost. We are able to accommodate most work schedules. Please email Zakkiyya if you have any questions about care hours.

Tuition

Monday - Friday:

  • 2 months - 5 years

  • 2 days - $920/month

  • 3 days - $1,380/month

  • 4 days - $1,750/month

  • 5 days - $2,150/month

Schoolagers:

  • 5 years - 12 years

  • Before/After-school care

  • $10/hour

Education Explorers has a rolling enrollment system for our preschool class, meaning we welcome your family to apply at any time during the school year for children 3-5 years of age.

Additional fees

Annual Registration fee - $250 per child

Late tuition payment fee - $20 per day

Late pick-up fee - $2 per minute past contracted hours *Children cannot return until all balances are brought to $0.

Document fee - $50 for the first two hours, $25 per hour after

*Documentation fee applies to forms the provider must complete at the family’s request. Including but not limited to tax forms, employment forms, legal documents, etc.

Court appearance fee - $500 per day

*We do not wish to be involved in civil disputes between parents. However, if summoned to court, the parent requesting our appearance will be charged $500 per day. A portion of this fee will be given to other enrolled families that may have to seek other care for the days we are in court and cannot run our classrooms. Children will not be allowed to return until all balances are brought to 0$

Tuition covers up to 10 contracted hours of care per day (unless other terms have been agreed upon with the director), all meals. As part of our menu, we serve fresh fruits, vegetables, milk, and whole-grain bread. Tuition also covers all curriculum materials and supplies, diapers, and wipes.

*Tuition increases every July.  

To reserve your child's space, payment must be made, regardless of whether your child attends or not. Payment is based on contract, not attendance

Late payments

Services will not be provided without payment. A $20 late fee is charged per day for tuition not paid for each child. After 5 days of nonpayment, the contract will be immediately terminated. For re-enrollment, tuition, late fees, and registration fees are due.

Payments and Copayments

Payment is due on the 25th of the month before care if paying monthly to receive the prepayment discount. Payments are due before services are rendered.
